Frequently Asked Questions
• NautiCat Tours provides a semi-guided 2-hour tour while you operate your own CraigCat® boat. The boats are easy to control and are a cool comfortable ride.
• You WILL get wet so make sure to wear a comfortable swimsuit and have plenty of sunscreen. We also suggest you have a strap for your sunglasses. Hats and sunglasses do fly off when going full speed.
• We will provide coolers with ice and water, a drybag, and a waterproof cell phone case.
• Our Boats hold two people at 250 lbs. maximum weight per person.
• We have several launching sites and will meet at the site according to the location of your choice.
• All tours are subject to change due to inclement weather. We will either reschedule according to your availability or offer a refund if your scheduled tour must be cancelled.
• Our boats have a Bimini for shade if desired.
• Drivers must be at least 18 years old with valid driver’s license. Please no children under the age of 6 as a passenger.
• Florida law requires Boat operators born ON OR AFTER Jan 1, 1988 to possess a boater’s safety card. Click here to complete the test before your reservation https://tmbt.info/424IpMg
If you have a specific request for a time or place to launch, please contact us at 1-888-Nauti-01 (1-888-628-8401) and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.
Please arrive at least 15 minutes early so we can go over instructions on how to operate our boats. If you are more than 15 minutes late you will not get a refund. If you have an emergency, please call us and we can work something out.
Cancellation Policy
Customers will receive a full refund or credit with notice of cancellation 2 days prior to your scheduled tour. Customers will receive a full refund or credit in case of operator cancellation due to weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We will contact you the morning of your scheduled tour if we need to cancel due to inclement weather. No refunds will be given for any other reason. Contact us by phone or email to cancel or inquire about a cancellation.
Rescheduling
We understand that things come up and we will do our best to accommodate your request to reschedule. Please allow 24 hours for any requests.
